1. Protection Systems: Standard buck-boost products include output overcurrent, short-circuit, undervoltage, and chip overheating protection.
2. Inductive Loads: For motors, coils, and speakers, we recommend a power supply 3-5 times the rated power of the load.
3. Non-Isolated Risk: In non-isolated buck converters, a worst-case failure can pass high input voltage to the output. For precious loads, isolated converters are strongly recommended.
4. Isolated Advantages: Isolated power supplies prevent high input voltage from reaching equipment, making them the safest choice (similar to mobile phone chargers).
5. Installation Note: For high input voltage applications (3x output voltage or more), use isolated products for maximum reliability.
6. Shell Design: Small gold aluminum casings are designed for high-temperature resistance and high-demand outdoor applications.
